1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Flowbonds, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. User Accounts
When creating an account on Flowbonds, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Flowbonds, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
- Respect intellectual property rights of others
- Not upload malicious code or harmful content
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
- Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
4. Store Terms
If you manage a store on Flowbonds, you additionally agree to:
- Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
- Fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Maintain adequate inventory
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Comply with all applicable business regulations and licenses
- Pay applicable fees and commissions
5. Buyer Terms
If you are a buyer on Flowbonds, you agree to:
- Make payments in good faith for purchased items
- Provide accurate shipping and contact information
- Communicate respectfully with stores
- Only dispute legitimate issues with orders
- Return items according to the Return and Refund Policy
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Selling counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items
- Manipulating reviews or ratings
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Attempting to bypass our fee structure
- Scraping or data mining without permission
- Interfering with the platform's operation
7. Fees and Payments
Flowbonds charges a 2.5% commission fee on successful store transactions, capped at ₦500 maximum where applicable. Store owners agree to pay applicable fees as outlined in our fee schedule. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice.
Note: The service fee is capped at ₦500 to ensure transparency and fair pricing for stores.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Flowbonds, including logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of Flowbonds or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without explicit permission.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
Flowbonds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not liable for disputes between buyers and stores, though we may assist in resolution. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
